Chilli Mussels
Asian Style
1 Kg Mussels
Onion
Ginger & Garlic
Red chillies
Red pepper
Green pepper
Chopped Red Tomatoes
Salt
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Spring onions.

 

1. Cook the mussels for 20min with little bit of salt.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the Onion, garlic, red chillies and ginger, red pepper, green pepper, and chopped tomatoes, stir fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion has softened ok
3. Add Oyster sauce & soy sauce.
4. Now add mussels, cover tightly and cook for 3 minutes, the pan an occasional shake to help the mussels release their flavour.
5. Season to taste, add the spring onions, then pour over the mussels and serve.
