Citrus Baked Halibut

1 pound fresh halibut steaks 1 Tbls. butter 1/3 cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbls. snipped fresh parsley 1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup orange juice 1 Tbls. lemon juice

Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into 4 serving-size pieces, if necessary. Arrange in a baking dish.
In a small saucepan, melt butter; add onion and garlic. Cook till tender; from from heat.
Stir in parsley, orange peel, salt, pepper; spoon over fish.
Sprinkle orange and lemon juices over fish.
Bake, covered, in a 400 degree F. oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork. Spoon pan juices over fish.
