Crab and Broccoli Casserole

1 pkg. frozen broccoli spears 2 Tbls. butter 2 Tbls. finely chopped onion 2 Tbls. flour 1 cup milk 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 lb. cooked crab meat
|
Heat oven to 350F. Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions until barely done. Arrange broccoli in the bottom of a 1 qt. casserole. Saute onions in butter; stir in salt and flour. Gradualy add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese and cook over a low flame until thickened. Stir in lemon juice. Add crab meat and pour over broccoli. Bake until bubbly and browned, about 30 minutes. Serve with buttered noodles and fruit salad.
