1 pound Tiger tail shrimp 1/2 tsp. White Pepper 1/2 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper 1 clove Garlic 1/2 stick unsalted butter 2 fresh tomatoes 1 Green Bell Pepper Angel Hair Pasta Parmesian Cheese (Grated) 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1 Shallot

Peel and Clean Shrimp Rinse and set aside in a glass bowl
Cut both tomatoes into small cubes
Slice Shallot, Green Bell Pepper and Clove of Garlic and place in bowl with shrimp
Sprinkle a small amount of olive oil over the combination of shrimp and cut up shallots, green peppers, and garlic.
Begin boiling water for angel hair pasta.
As water begins to boil place pasta in the water and sprinkle with salt (boil until desired tnederness (5-7 minutes)
In a large cast iron skillet, place a small amount of olive oil and 1/4 stick unsalted butter-melt over low heat.
Sprinkle seal salt in the pan as it begins to heat.
Place shrimp in skillet and wait for them to turn from pink to white.
As shrimp begin to cook, place green peppers, shallots, tomatoe cubes and galic in the skillet. sprinke with fresh black pepper and white pepper.
Sprinkle with Parmasean Cheese reduce to low heat.
Remove pasta from heat drain and rinse with cold water. Sprinkle with Olive oil.
Spoon Shrinp mixture over pasta and sprinkle with a Parmesian Cheese.
