FISH CURRY Fish in spicy soup |

1 kg of Fish ( Pond Or Sea ). 200 gms of ripe Tomatoes. 3 Spoons of red Chilly powder. 1 inch Cinnamon. 6 Cloves. 6 Cardamoms. 2 Spoons of Poppy seeds. 3 Large Onions- finely chopped. 4 Green chillies. 2 Spoons of Turmeric powder. Salt to Taste. 200 gms of Refined Oil. 2 spoon of of mustered seeds.

Clean the Fish and cut into medium size pieces. Apply Turmeric powder,red Chilly powder,one spoon Salt and two spoons of oil to the Fish pieces and leave to marinate.
Take half of the chopped Onions, Poppy seeds, Cardamoms, Cloves and Cinnamon in to a jar and grind into a smooth paste.
Add Oil to a deep bottomed pan and heat. Fry the marinated Fish pieces and keep them aside. To the same Oil add remaining onion pieces, mustered seeds and lengthwise split Green Chillies and fry. Finally add the spices paste and fry until Oil separates from the other ingredients.
Now add finely cut Tomatoes and cook until the Tomatoes are done. Add the fried Fish pieces and sufficient Salt. Mix carefully and cook until the Preparation is totally done.
