FISH ROAST
Deep fried Marinated Fish
1. Fish (any) : 1 lb
2. Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon
3. Red chilly powder : 1 spoon
4. Lemon juice : 2 spoons
5. Turmeric powder : 1 spoon
6. Salt : to taste
7. Corn flour : 1 cup
8. Refined oil : 250 grams

 

1. Cut the fish into medium size
pieces, clean and wash well.
2. Apply turmeric powder, red
chilly powder, ginger
garlic paste,salt and lemon
juice to the fish pieces and
marinate for 1/2 hour.
3. Prepare a thick batter with the
corn flour adding little salt.
4. Pour oil in to a frying pan and
heat.
5. Cover the marinated fish pieces
with corn flour batter and deep
fry on low flame until the fish
pieces turn deep brown.

Serve Hot.

Preparation Time: 45 minutes Serves: 4 persons
