Fish Cutlet-Salmon Fish Cakes Delicious Fish Appetizer |

1 packet of waterless, skinless boneless salmon 2 medium potatoes, boiled with skin on and then skin removed. oil, enough to shallow fry the fish cakes 1 small chili, finely chopped 1/2 cilantro, finely chopped 1/2 lemon or lime - juice 1 tsp. ginger paste salt, to taste Rice Flour, if needed 1 tsp. red chili powder 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. amchur powder (dry mango powder)

In a mixing bowl, add the potatoes, fish, chilies, cilantro, lemon juice and all the spices. Mix together well.
Make cutlets or flat cakes out the mixture. Add some rice flour if the cakes are too watery. They have to look dry.
Shallow fry the cakes on both sides and then serve hot.
