Easy Way to Prepare Whole Fish! |

1 large or 2-4 smaller whole fish (such as snapper)
Newspaper
Bucket of water
Hot barbecue or oven at 400 degrees F.
|
Soak several sheets of newspaper in water and lay out. Place cleaned fish (no need to scale)on paper and roll up in a parcel.
Place on bbq or on oven tray. Cook until newspaper is completely dry, turning once.
Remove from heat and peel away paper. Skin comes with it, leaving your fish ready to eat with lemon, salt and pepper.
