Fried Fish With Special Sauce

A)Fish - 600gm Five Spice Powder Tapioca powder Oil-800ml Garnishing - celery amd spring onion - 1 stalk each.
B) Sauce Soya Sauce 2 tsp Sugar - a pinch Salt - 1/2 tps Water - 50ml
Frying Oil - 800ml

Pour in ingredient B and bring to boil. Remove and keep.
Cut fish from center of stomach, spread it like a butterfly.
Loosely pat five spice powder and tapoica flour on the fish.
Pour in oil on frying pan on medium flame.
Spread out fish on the stomach and place it on the frying pan.
Fry fish and turn fish over the other side until both sides are golden brown.
Dish out, put fried fish on plate, pour in ingredient B , garnish it with celery and spring onion. Serve immediately.
