Greek Shrimp Greek Style Scampi |

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 1/2 cups tomatoes, chopped fine 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled Juice of 1 lemon 3 Tbls olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tsp fresh dill, chopped 1/2 tsp course ground black pepper

1) Heat oil over a medium flame in a large saute pan.
2) Add garlic and shrimp and cook for about a minute.
3) Stir in the feta, tomatoes, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
4) Cook about 10 minutes until the shrimp is pink and the feta/tomato mixture has made a nice sauce.
5) Serve hot over some orzo or rice.
