2 pounds swordfish steaks (about 4 - 1 inch thick steaks) 1 Tbsp. butter 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/3 cup white white 1 lemon, cut in half
Melt butter. Add garlic and cook till garlic starts to change color. Add white wine and pepper. Brush swordfish steaks with marinade, then place on a hot grill. Cook about 4 minutes per side or until the fish flakes, basting frequently. Place swordfish steaks on a platter. Squeeze lemon juice onto steaks and serve hot.
This recipe also works great with salmon or any larger fish that you can cut into steaks!
