Add 1/2 cup of your favorite white wine, 1 10oz can of chicken broth, 1 1/2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce (I like using Hunt's Hickory & Brown Sugar), and 1 cup of brown sugar. Bring to boil then add your fresh debearded mussles (I usually cook about 50 at a time) After adding the mussles and it comes to a boil again turn down the heat to med. and simmer for about 8 to 10 min.)Yummy!!!
