2 - 6oz Cans: Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna ¼Oz: Heinz Distilled White Vinegar ½ Cup: Red Or White Onion/Diced Into Small Pieces 2 tsp: Emeril's Italian Essence Seasoning 1-½ TBSP: Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonaise 2 TBSP: Lighthouse Jalapeno Ranch Dressing & Dip 2: Nalley Dill Pickles/Sliced & Diced 2 tsp: Minced Garlic 1 oz: Diced Roma Tomato 1 Large Stalk: Celery Diced 1 TSBP: Grapeseed Oil

Directions:
1: Warm Stove Top To Medium
2: Blend all ingredients together and place on bread of choice, prefeer something with Whole Grains.
3: Put Sandwich Together, Spread Light Coat Of Smart Balance Butter On Each Side Of Bread, So That When You Place It On The Grill It Will Give A Nice Brown Coating.
4: Cook Each Side Roughly 3 - 5 Minutes Depending On Where You Are In The World.
5: Take Finished Sandwich Place On Napkin Or Paper Towel And Serve Promptly.
