Prawn and Egg Masala Authentic prawn /egg recipe |

Prawns 15 to 20 shelled Eggs 6 ( boiled and cut into half) turmeric powder 1teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon 2 tomatoes diced 2 onions diced ginger garlic paste 1 tbl spoon 1 tea spoon garam masala powder 1/2 bunch of chopped corriander cooking oil 2 tbls spoon salt to taste.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add ginger garlic paste and diced onion. cook the onion till golden brown then add the diced tomatoes and chopped corriander the aroma is gorgeous ~ give it a nice stir then add the prawns stir again and cover the dish till the prawns are cooked with few intervals of stiring.Now add all the powder masala/salt mix well & add boiled eggs stir again.Let it cook for another 5 mins and it is ready to serve. My family enjoys this divine dish with Nan bread or rotis.
