Scallops in White Wine

|
1 pound scallops 2 cups mushrooms, sliced 1/2 cup onion, diced 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 tsp. salt
|
Wash scallops and let dry. Cook mushrooms, onion, and wine till all but 2 Tbsp. of the liquid evaporates. Add scallops and salt, simmer till scallops are tender or about 3 minutes per side.
