Shrimp Tacos
15 Medium Frozen Pre-Cooked Shrimp
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Cup Shredded Mozarella Cheese
8 Corn Tortillas
Garlic Powder
Salt
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Sour Cream

 

Defrost Shrimp, remove tail.

Pour oil into pan, preferably a wok. Heat oil on low-medium heat.

Slice pepper into small chunks. Put peppers in pan and saute.

Add shrimp. Sprinkle some garlic powder and salt.

Warm up the tortillas.

When Shrimp is cooked, [small, curled up], evenly distribute shrimp and pepper into tortillas.

Top with sour cream and mozarella cheese. Add tomatoes if desired.
