Shrimp curry
Shrimp curry with pineapple and rum
Shrimp curry with pineapple and rum.

ingredients:

-1 Fresh pineapple
-700g of peeled shrimp
- 1cs curry
-20cl liquid cream
-1cc of cornstarch
- 1 small glass of rum

 

preparation:

Cook 2 minutes with the pineapple chunks and Shrimp curry.
Then add the cream and cornstarch.
Cook over medium / low heat until the cream thickens slightly.
Then pour the glass of rum.
You just have to eat.

Tips:

If you want,you can use canned pineapple
that makes cooking it releases a little syrup to give a touch of sweetness to the dish very nice .
