Simple Salmon Pie Use a crock pot to make this delicious recipe |

2 cans (each 7 oz/213 g) salmon, drained
1 small onion, diced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup/50 mL bread crumbs
2 Tbsp/30 mL milk
1 Tbsp/15 mL lemon juice
1 tsp/5 mL dried parsley (or 1 Tbsp/15 mL fresh)
1 tsp/5 mL dried dill (or 1 Tbsp/15 mL fresh)
1/2 tsp/2 mL pepper

Grease your crock pot. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir gently to break up the salmon and combine everything well. Put into the crock pot and press down evenly. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
