Spicy Orange Shrimp Yummy! |

1 Tbls. oil 2 cloves Garlic, peeled & minced 1 to 2 tsp. Tabasco 2 tsp. brown sugar 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 pound uncooked shrimp,peeled and de-veined 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups orange juice 1 Tbls. cornstarch-stir into 1 tsp. cold water 4 cups cooked rice

Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp, cook until bright pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, orange juice, hot sauce, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil about 2 minutes. Add dissolved cornstarch and stir. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until thick. Serve over rice!
