Steamed Fish Cutlets With Ginger And Chili Thai-style Fish |

4 medium-sized snapper or other firm white fish cutlets. 5 cm piece fresh ginger, cut into fresh shreds 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tsp. chopped red chillies 2 Tbls. finely chopped coriander stalks 3 spring onions, cut into fine shreds, 4 cm long 2 Tbls. lime juice

1. Arrange the fish cutlets in the base of the steaming pan.
2. Top the fish with ginger,garlic,chillies and coriander stalks. Steam for 5-6 minutes.
3.Remove the lid and sprinkle onions and lime juice over the fish.
4. Steam again for 30 seconds or till the fish is cooked.
5. Ready to serve!
