Talapia Florentine baked talapia with spinach and tomatoes |

6 filets of talapia 2 bags of baby spinach 1 dozen grape tomatoes or 8 plum olive oil 3 cloves of minced garlic chili oil 6 pats of butter (optional) 1/2 cup white wine 2 tsp of italian seasoning 2 tsp of parsley salt and pepper

Toss spinach with olive oil, wine, 2 cloves of minced garlic, salt pepper,line bottom of pan. Coat talapia with chili oil, place over spinach. In bowl cut tomatoes, add last of garlic, italian seasoning, salt, pepper olive oil, place over spinach. Top filets with pat butter. Broil until fish starts browning.
