Thai Garlic Shrimp |

1 lb Shrimp (shelled & deveined) 8 Cloves Garlic (crushed) 2 tbsps Cilantro(minced) 1 tsp White pepper 2 tbsps Fish Sauce 1 1/2 tbsps Sugar 3 tbsps Oil
---Garnishes--- 1 Tomato (cut into wedges) 1 Cucumber (sliced)

1. In a saucepan, bring 3 btsps of oil to hot. Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds and the shrimps. Sauté the shrimps for about 1 minute until the color changes to pink.
2. Add the fish sauce, sugar, and cilantro and mix well for 30 seconds.
3. On a plate lined with wedges of tomatoes and slices of cucumbers, scoop the sauté shrimp and place on the plate. Sprinkle with some pepper and serve.
