Tuna Patties
2 5oz cans of white tuna 1 5oz can Bumblebee Thia Chili Flavored tuna 1/2 a sweet onion approx 3 cups diced 3 eggs 3 celery sticks diced 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup Mayo 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Parsley 2 teaspoons Cilantro 2-3 cups Parma Panko Bread Crumbs 1/2 lemon squeezed
Cucumber Aïoli sauce
1 Cucumber 2 Tablespoons canned chopped jalapenos 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic power or 1 clove minced 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 lemon Juiced 1 cup Sourcream 1 cup Mayo Optional 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

Tuna Patties
Combine tuna onion celery salt pepper parsley cilantro lemon. Mix well. In same bowl now add Mayo olive oil Egg and 2-3 cups bread crumbs. mix and forum into 1/2 inch patties. on separate plate add more bread crumbs and drop patty into the crumbs coating lightly. Throw directly into a pan with olive oil at med to med-hi temp. Cook till golden on each side. After its done cooking add salt lightly across each patty.
Cucumber Aïoli sauce
Using the large side of the cheese grater shred the cucumber down halfway and set aside. Add the other half of the cucumber to a blender along with all ingredints above. Blend well pour into a bowl and add shredded cucumber to suace. Set in freezer for about 10 min then transfer to fridge till ready to serve. Serve cold.
