Y-fish
8.82 pound bhetki fillet
6 big onion (paste)
16 ounce garlic and ginger paste
3 teaspoon chilli paste
12 eggs
salt to taste
2 cups biscuit crumbles

 

Cut the fillet into Y shape
Marinate it with the onion,garlic-ginger and chilli paste and salt for 1 hour,
Break the eggs in a bowl and beat well
Carefully take the fillets and coat it with the crumbles and egg and deep
fry it carefully such that it does not break but is crispy.
Serve with mint chutni and chips
