|
1-2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces. 1 1/2 cups water 2 cans of Swanson Chicken broth 1-2 cans of mixed veggies 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 chopped bell pepper 3 minced cloves of garlic Season-all, to taste 1 can of Pilsbury jumbo flaky biscuits, cut into 1/4ths Small amount of vegetable oil
|
In a large pot, put just enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom. Season chicken with Season-All and put in pot. Pan fry the chicken on medium heat until it turns white. Then add bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Saute for a few minutes, then add 1 cup of water. With lid on and a crack, let boil down until the veggies and water are almost gone, stirring occasionally. Then add rest of the water, chicken broth, and canned veggies. Let come to boil. Once broth is boiling, lower the heat some and place biscuit 1/4s in the pot. Let boil for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste. Make rice and then done!
