April's Quick and Easy Rainy Day Soup Soup |

2 cans Chicken Gumbo Soup 2 cans Minestrone Soup 2 cans Tomato soup 1 can Rotel 7 cans of water 2 lbs. ground beef or ground chuck 1 large onion, chopped Salt and Pepper, to taste
|
In a large 5 quart pot, brown meat and onion, then drain.
Put browned meat and onion back into pot and add salt and pepper to taste.
Add soups and water.
Simmer on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve with hot buttered cornread, rolls or French bread on a Rainy Day.
