Aunt Bob's Clam Chowder soup, hot, delicious |

2 cans of clams 1 C onion 1 C celery 2 C diced potatoes 3/4 C butter 1 qt half and half 1 1/2 tsp. salt-pepper 3/4 C flour
|
#1 All veggies in a pan(onion;celery;potatoes) Drain juice of clams;add enough water to cover Simmer 20 min.
#2 Melt Butter and flour together stir until smooth...and half and half,stir until thick
#3 Combine #'s 1 and 2 in a pot. Sir occasionally to keep from sticking to the pot.
