Beef Stew
slightly spicy stew
4 lbs lean chuck roast
enough small new potatoes
2 white onions
2 quarts beef broth
1 package fresh mushrooms
1 stalk celery
2 can tiny peas
2 cans rotelles
1 habanero
4-5 jalapenos
clove garlic

 

brown the cut up chuck in a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil
quarter the new potatoes and onions
slice up mushrooms and 1 stalk celery
slice up 1 habanero and several jalepenos
Put the broth in with meat all all diced items and potatoes
and canned items
add 1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
dice- smash garlic
cover and cook over medium heat for 3-4 hours

Preparation Time: 4-5 hours Serves: 6-8
