Beer Cheese Soup

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 cup flour 2 cans chicken broth 2 cans hot water 1 pint heavy cream 1 16 oz. jar cheese whiz(or similar brand) 1 bottle of beer 2 Tbls.worchestershire sauce dash of garlic powder

Melt the butter, add the flour, stir constantly until slightly browned. Stir in chicken broth and hot water. Stirring constantly, add the cream, the Cheez Whiz, worchestershire sauce, beer, and garlic. Simmer 15 minutes. Easy, quick, and very delicious! Add popcorn to the top for an interesting twist, or chopped chives.
