Big C's 4 Alarm Chili
A nice spicy chili
2 lbs. Ground turkey (or beef)
1 can. Pinto beans
1 can. Dark red kidney beans
1 can. Mexican refried beans
2 can. Diced tomatoes
1 can. Tomato sauce
1 cup. Water
1 cup. Chopped onion
1/2 cup. Chopped green pepper
5 Serrano peppers(seeded/chopped)
3 Jalapeno peppers(seeded/chopped)
3 Habanero peppers(seeded/chopped)
3 Tbsp. Chili powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

In a large pot add water, meat, and chili powder and begin to brown meat. While meat is cooking chop onion and peppers and add to pot. Then add sauce, tomatoes, pinto and kidney beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Add refried beans and continue to cook on low for 30 mins. Serve hot or refrigerate and/or freeze for later. Enjoy!

If you use beef I would drain the fat and re-add a little water.. or if you like very thick chili leave the water out.
