Bill's Chili Thick and Spicy Chili! |

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 lb. beef top roast 1 med. onion (diced) 5 pods Garlic (diced) 1/2 bottle Michelob beer 2 large cans Stewed Tomatoes 1 small can tomato paste 2 banana peppers 1 jalepeno pepper 1 can dark red kidney beans 1/4 tsp. cumin 5 Tbls. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup hot water 2 Tbls. flour

Cut the roast into small pieces and brown with the ground beef in a large stew kettle. Add onions and garlic, continue cooking until the onions are translucent. Drain off the fat. Add the tomato products, peppers, beans, and spices and simmer for 45 minutes or longer. In a small dish, mix the flour and water together. Slowly add this mixture to the chili and mix thoroughly. Serve with grated cheddar cheese, diced onions, French Bread, and Beer (optional, of course).
