Broccoli and Cauliflower Soup Spicy |

2 large heads of each Cauliflower and Broccoli 2 boxes chicken broth 1 quart whipping cream 1 bag small baby carrots 1 white onion 1 box fresh mushrooms 1 habanero Butter
|
Pour chicken broth into a stock pot then slice onion and baby carrots and put into the broth. Finely dice the habanero, place into broth. Start heating broth, while slicing mushrooms and breaking the head of cauliflower and brocoli into flowerettes and place in broth. Bring to a boil then reduce and continue to cook until everything is tender. Stir in the whipping cream. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
