Chicken Noodle Soup Spicy as you l;ike it |

2 whole or cut up chickens 2 or 3 quarts chicken stock 1 white onion 1 bag baby carrots Mushrooms Angel Hair Pasta
|
In a stock pot boil chicken until cooked. Remove and allow to cool. Place the sliced diced onions, carrots, and mushrooms in the same water to boil. Add chicken stock as needed. In another pot using 1 quart of chicken stock, boil the pasta until al dente, then drain. Shred or chop chicken parts into stock pot, then add the pasta. If would like a warmer version, add 1 habanero, finely diced, when cooking carrots and onions. Can also make dumplings and add if choose to.
