Chicken Sausage Vegetable Soup
Spicy as you like it
2 whole or cut up chickens
1 pack sazista
3 smoked sausages
6 russet potatoes
2 onions
1 pack frozen white corn
1 bag frozen ochra
1 bag frozen peas
1 bacg frozen beans
1 package large carrots
1 bunch fresh cilantro
3 quarts chicken stock
2 cans habanero rotelles
3 cans diced tomatoes
minced garlic
6 large fresh jalapenos
2 or 3 fresh habaneros

 

In a large stock pot with insert cook the chicken until done.
Pull insert and chicken and allow to cool. Cut up all sauges and place in stock pot. Slice potaoes into 1 inch squares and slice carrots, onions, jalapenos, and celery and put in pot. Bring to a boil and add the season pack which contains cilantro and any other seasoning you prefer along with diced habaneros and is wrapped in cheese cloth.
Add rotelles and diced tomatos, garlic and all frozen vegetables, allow to simmer.
Shred or chop all chicken and put in pot, add stock as needed. At this point you can add pearl barley or any other pasta if desired. Remove seasoning pack. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
