Cream if Chicken and Brocolli
Slightly Spicy
Cream of Chicken and Brocolli
2 whole or cut up chickens
1 qt whipping cream
1 bag large carrots
1 white onion
2-3 heads of brocolli
1 bag frozen white corn
3 boxes chicken broth
6-8 red potatoes
1-2 habaneros
3 Large jalepenos
1 box stars (Stelline pasta)
Fresh Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large stock pot, I prefer 28-32 quart, cook the chicken, in a pasta insert for ease in handling when ready to remove. When chicken is fully cooked, remove and allow to cool, reserve all liquids or stock that is left.
In the stock pot with all broth, cook the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, brocolli and onions. As it comes to a boil put in the smashed and diced garlic, finely diced jalapenos and habaneros, and corn. Shred and add all ckicken back to pot then add the Stelline pasta, cook untill pasta is done, lower heat to simmer and add the whipping cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
