Easy Brunswick Stew Quick and very good! |

1 can barbecue pork (Castleberry’s is the best but any kind will do) 1 can barbecue beef (Castleberry’s is the best but any kind will do) 1 can chicken (white meat) 2 (15-oz.) cans creamed corn (white corn is best) 2 (16-oz.) cans diced tomatoes including juice 1 medium onion chopped ½ tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste) 2 tbl. Hot pepper sauce Salt and Pepper to taste

Place all of the above in a large pot and bring to a boil. Cook 5-10 minutes or until hot. Serve with Bar-b-que or by it’s self with crackers or cornbread. To double recipe just add double the ingredients.
