Egg Drop Soup |

3 cups chicken broth 2 tsp. cornstarch 2 Tbls. cold water 1 green onion, minced 1 egg, beaten pepper to taste(white or black)
|
Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Blend cornstarch with water and add slowly to broth, stirring. After broth thickens, add green onion and simmer for a minute or so.
Gradually add the egg while stirring rapidly in one direction.
Remove from heat and season with pepper to taste.
Enjoy!
