Hearty Chicken Soup Fat-Free |

4 cans Fat-free chicken broth 2 small cans fat-free canned chicken 1 can English peas 1 small can mushroom pieces 2 Tbls. minced onion 1/2 cup diced celery 1/2 cup dry rice 2 cups water salt and pepper, to taste
|
Dump EVERYTHING in large pot. Do not drain anything. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice and celery are tender.
Serve hot sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese, if desired.
Really GOOD!!
