Hot and Sour Chicken Soup

2 Tbls. butter 2 finely chopped onions 1 thinly sliced carrot 6 chopped beans 1/2 cup green peas 1 chopped capsicum 1 cup chopped cabbage 4-5 sliced mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped bamboo shoots 250gms boneless chicken 1 Tbls. black pepper 2 Tbls soya sauce 2 Tbls. chili sauce 1 Tbls. cornflour 1 tsp. ajinamoto salt, to taste

Boil the boneless chicken with pepper and 1 tsp of salt until done. Keep aside until cool.
Take out the chicken pieces and grind them into chicken shreds.
Keep the chicken stock.
In a pan heat butter.
Pour in all the vegetables, mushrooms and bamboo shoots and fry until soft.
Pour in the soya sauce and chili sauce.
Mix and pour in the stock.
Put in the shredded chicken. Bring it to a boil.
Mix the cornflour in a bowl of water and pour in.
Check the required salt.
Sprinkle the ajinamoto and again boil.
Serve hot.
