Jacks Famous Chili

2 lbs. ground beef 1 lb. Italian Sausage 2 large onions, chopped 2 Green Bell Peppers, Chopped 2 cups Celery, diced 2 15oz. cans red kidney beans 2 15oz. cans diced tomatos and Green Chilis 2 pkgs. chili seasoning mix 2 cups water 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper

Cook beef and sausage in a large Dutch Oven over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Stir chili seasoning into beef and sausage mixture.
Stir in water, Onions, Bell Pepper, Celery, Tomatoes and kidney Beans, salt and pepper into meat mixture; bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with Chopped Onion, if desired.
Note: For Hot Spicy Chili add Chopped Jalapeno Peppers to desired taste
