Kahlua Chili

1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 onions, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 lbs. lean ground beef 2 lg. cans tomatoes semi-drained 1/4 cup parsley 1 tsp. margoram 1 tsp. crushed oregano 3 Tbsp. chili powder 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. red cayenne pepper 1/2 cup Kahlua 2 cans kidney beans 1 tsp. cumin

In large kettle/dutch oven, brown beef in oil. Drain any fat. Brown onions and garlic until transparent. Add tomatoes, parsley, and spices. Cook ~30 min. Then, add Kahlua, kidney beans and cumin. Cook an additional 30 min on low. Condiments might include grated cheddar cheese, and raw diced onions.
Very tasty, and remember the alcohol cooks out.
