Lental Soup Soup (Lentals & meat) |

-3-4 boxes beef or chicken stock -Bag of Lentals -1 1/2llbs of Italiam Sausage (I use 1/2 mild 1/2 spicy) -Chopped Onion -Chopped Celery 2-3 Stocks -Chopped Carrots -1 can diced Tomatoes -Italian Herbs -1 Clove garlic diced -Salt & Pepper

Pour stock into pot with washed lentals and turn on med/high. Chop onion, celery, carrots,can of tomatoes, and garlic and add to pot. Seperatly cook meat until done, then add to pot. Add salt, pepper and any other seasoning you want. Takes about 1-2 hours to cook. This would also be great in a crock pot and freezes nicely!
