Minestroni Soup Spicy as you like it |

3 to 4 LBS 85% lean or better Hamburger 6 to 8 Large Russett potatoes 3 large cans diced tomatoes 2 cans Rotelles with Habaneros 2 white onions 1 package large carrots 3 medium size zuchini 3 medium size yellow squash 1 bag frozen white corn 1 bag frozen peas 1 bag frozen cut greeen beans 1 package of celery 1 batch fresh cilantro 4 bay leaves 1 batch Fresh rosemary 1 bag frozen Okra 2 large Leeks 1 box elbow macaroni 2 Habanero 4 to 5 Large Fresh Jalapenos 3 Boxes Beef Broth

Place all hamburger in a stock pot or large skillet and cook. Break into small pieces not large lumps. Cut potatoes, squash, zuchini into 1 inch squares. Slice carrots, celery into 1/4 inch slices. Slice leeks into 1/8 inch slices. Cut onions in half then slice 1/4 inch sliced lengthwise. Put bay leaves, Rosemary, Cilantreo into a cheesecloth and secure. Take back side of heavy knife and tap the bag contents to release full flavors. Drain the hamburger and return to stock pot. Put in Beef broth and add all vegetables, Tomatoes, Rotelles, and seasoning bag. Add frozen contents. Dice Jalapenos and Habaneros and add to pot. When at a hard boil, add Macaroni and reduce heat. Leave at a simmer until all tender. Discard seasoning bag and serve.
