Oyster Stew Lite
Less fat Oyster Stew.
- 1/2 a pot bag of red potatoes (cut bit size)
- 6 sm cans of oysters
- Almond Breeze Milk (to generously cover potatoes)
- Spuds butter flavor (to taste)
- dried minced onions (4 tbl spoons)
- cheyenne pepper (a pinch)
- sea salt (to taste)
- fresh parsley (to garnish)
- olive oil to fry oysters in.

 

* Prepare potatoes.
* Add milk, seasonings
* Lightly fry oysters until edges curl, abt 3 mins. Over cooking makes tough.
* Add oysters, and garnish.

Preparation Time: 30 mins. Serves: 6
