Potato Cheese Soup Delicious Soup for a Cold Day! |

6 large Potatoes 2 cups milk 1 large onion 1 Tbls. flour Salt and Pepper to taste 1 cup White Cooking Wine 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Bacon Bits
|
Peel the potatoes and cut into small bite-size pieces. Add onion and cook til potatoes are tender when poked with a fork. Add salt, pepper, and cooking wine. Slowly add the flour, until thickened slightly. Pour in the milk and cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top when serving. This soup is just like Outbacks!
