Sante Fe Soup with Melted Cheese

1 lb (1/2 pkg) Velveeta Cheese, Cubed 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained (I also season it with a dash of pepper, garlic salt, and onion powder) 1- 15 1/4 oz can corn, undrained 1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, undrained 1 - 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 - 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes 1 tbsp dry taco seasoning

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover. Cook on high 3 hours. Serve with corn chips instead of crackers.
If you can't find the tomatoes with green chilies, just use two cans of diced tomatoes and one 4 oz can of diced green chilies.
