Spicy Chicken Rice Soup
Crock pot chicken soup
6 boneless chicken breast-cut into peices

1 can campbell's chicken fijita soup

2 cans of campells chicken and wild rice soup

2 cans yellow corn drained

1 packet of Success white rice already cooked

tabasco

1/2 cup water

garlic pepper with salt

Creole seasoning

1 cup kraft jalapeno cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of butter

 

First coat the chicken peices in
tabasco, season with garlic pepper with salt and creole' seasoning

lightly fry in olive oil
put chicken peices in baking dish
top with more hot sauce if desired
top with 1 can of chicken fijita soup bake about 30 minutes...

meanwhile get your crock pot ready...
add 2 cans of corn
and the 2 cans of chicken and wild rice soup and the extrawhite rice-add butter if desired
after the chicken/soup mixture is done add to the crock pot
add about a 1/2 cup of water
top with one cup jalapeno shredded cheese
cook it in the crock on low for about 8hrs...
the chicken will get very soft...
enjoy your soup!!!
top with extra cheese and serve...
