Turkey bones and all discarded parts (can substitute chicken broth if prefer) Habaneros Angel Hair pasta or muscacholli noodles Carrots Mixed vegetables Turkey meat (Dark and White) Celery Onions (White are best) Potatoes- read or the easiest to use 1-2 cans Rotelle tomatoes- I prefer those with habaneros Seasonings- per taste (salt,pepper, greek, cayenne pepper) Quantities for all items above depend on how many you want to feed

Put all bones in a stock pot and bring to a boil then simmer for 1.5 - 2 hours on low fire. Remove ALL bones. Shred all turkey meat into stock pot with turkey stock Jullian or dice carrot into pot Quarter potaotes Slice onions chop celery into 1/4 inch pieces add in rotelles add seasonings Cook at a low fiore for 2.5- 3 hours Cook muscacholli noodles or angel hair and add just before serving. Wahlaaa Enjoy Bon Appetite Finely slice 2 habaneros into pot-= can also add a jalepeno for color Add in mixed vegetables
