Split Pea Soup, Creole-Style Split Pea Soup |

What you need:
1 cup onion, chopped 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup ham, cooked, chopped 1 lb. split peas 2 Tbls. parsley for garnish, chopped 1 carrot, peeled, chopped, diced 1 Tbls. Worcestershire Sauce 2-1/2 qts. chicken stock, or 7 chicken bullion cubes dissolved in same water.

What you Do, Shah!
Put all them ingredients in a large heavy pan, put them pan over a medium to hot fire, bring to a rapid boil. Now turn down them fire, simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until them peas are creamy. Remove from them fire, let it cool enough to use them blender for real smooth. Return them soup to them pot, reheat, season to taste. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve garnished with them parsley.
