Turkey Chowder

1 cup thinly sliced onion 1/4 cup butter 1 cup celery 2 cups diced potatoes 3 cups milk 3 cups turkey 1 cup water 1 can cream style corn 2 1/2 tsp. salt parsley

Fry onions and celery in butter.
Add potatoes and water and cook until potatoes are almost done. Add rest of ingredients, including the onion and celery, and cook for about 30 minutes.
